Welcome to White Oak Orchard

Welcome to White Oak Orchard

White Oak Orchard is a small, family-run farm in Trenton, South Carolina, built by two families who’ve combined their resources and passion for the land. In 2025, we launched our startup tree nursery with a mission to grow strong, wildlife-friendly seedlings—starting with White Oak, Shumard Red Oak, Hybrid Chestnut, and Pecan—ideal for enhancing habitat for deer, turkey, and other native species.

Our seedlings are grown in air-pruning beds to develop healthy, transplant-ready root systems. We’re currently accepting pre-orders for fall shipments.  Our seedlings will also be available for local pickup this fall by appointment.  See our shipping & Zone guide for ship dates by USDA Planting Zones.

In addition to the nursery, we raise a flock of pasture-raised chickens in spacious chicken tractors that are moved daily to fresh grass. Farm-fresh eggs are available for local pickup at the farm.

We also offer a large selection of white oak and red oak lumber, milled from trees that were downed during Hurricane Helene on September 26, 2024. This salvaged wood is not only beautiful and full of character—it’s a sustainable way to give new life to fallen timber. We have recently added a solar kiln and will soon have kiln-dried lumber available. We can also custom cut and plane boards to your desired thickness and size, offering both rough-sawn and finished options for woodworkers, builders, and DIYers.

Coming soon, we’ll begin accepting custom woodworking orders for handcrafted furniture, outdoor structures, and more—made with care from the same high-quality hardwood we salvaged from the storm.

Visits to the farm are by appointment only, so please contact us ahead of time if you'd like to stop by for eggs, lumber, or to visit our tree nursery.

At White Oak Orchard, we’re committed to working with nature, supporting healthy ecosystems, and providing dependable, homegrown products for our community and beyond.
